Izero served as the President and Vice Chairman of KKBOX International Ltd., where he and his team developed several world-leading innovative products and services. He later took on the role of CEO at the Taiwan Creative Content Agency (TAICCA), leading efforts to internationalize and industrialize Taiwan’s cultural content industry through the strategic application of innovation, technology, and capital.

Taka is the founder of TABEI and co-founder of the decentralized exchange JOYSO. Since 2020, he has led the N24 ARK．TPE Blockchain Innovation Base to promote blockchain and Web3 adoption. Taka also organizes the annual Taiwan Blockchain Summit. Previously, he managed large-scale data analysis projects at ITRI and advised on technology policies for the Executive Yuan.

Jeff Chuang, an Investment Manager at AVA Angels, brings over 10 years of experience in digital startups and 5 years in venture capital. With a deep understanding of digital industry trends and development dynamics, he has also served as a mentor for various accelerator and government programs, guiding startups toward sustainable growth and success.

Karen Tang. With extensive experience in building and scaling brands from the ground up, she has played key roles in two unicorn companies that successfully went public on NASDAQ. Her expertise spans brand strategy, digital operations, and early-stage and impact investing.
She previously led branding and growth initiatives at Qunar (NASDAQ: QUNR) and later served as VP of Brand at lifestyle group Atour (NASDAQ: ATAT), overseeing brand transformation and IPO preparation. Currently, she focuses on early-stage and impact investments across Asia and North America.

Rich Fuh, currently serving as the Lead of AWS Taiwan Public Sector Sales, also holds a role in the AWS Strategic Programs team. He spearheads enterprise open innovation initiatives, oversees the operations of the AWS Joint Innovation Center, and orchestrates strategic partnerships and startup support programs. He has 15 years of experience in the high-tech sectors of Taiwan and the United States, he has been at the forefront of driving digital transformation, strategic development, and nurturing Taiwan's burgeoning startup ecosystem.

Stan is currently the Vice President of Engineering at ShopBack. His career includes pivotal roles at leading global companies such as ByteDance and LinkedIn, highlighting his extensive leadership experience across Silicon Valley and Asia. Stan has been instrumental in driving multiple companies to successful IPOs, excelling in scaling global operations and driving innovative solutions during periods of rapid growth and expansion.

JJ Fang is the founder and CEO of AVA Angels, bringing over 15 years of experience in the high-tech industry and venture capital investment. He is deeply committed to early-stage investments, with a focus on startups that demonstrate high growth potential and the ability to generate long-term value. AVA Angels actively supports entrepreneurial teams in building connections with growth investors both locally and globally.
